Dr Bill Lockitt is the Managing Director of QTP Ltd and 12 Watch Consultancy. Bill is an experienced educationalist who specialises in research, within e-learning; e-business; m-learning and all aspects regarding the integration of new technology in FE/AE education and training in the workplace (WBL). He undertook extensive research into the use of new technology in teaching and learning and completed his Doctorate in May 2001, the title of his thesis being 'The effective integration and management of information communication technology within further and adult education delivery methodologies' Bill has worked on a number of projects in the education and training sector for CEL, QIA, LSN, LSC (National and Regional), UfI, RM (Research Machines) and a range of public and private organisations. Bill is a member of the JISC e-learning and Pedagogy Experts Group and is a PRINCE 2 qualified practitioner.
